To sign up for Online Banker, complete the information below and press the Submit button.
Once we receive your request, your account information will be reviewed. If you are eligible for access to NBT Online Banker, your account will be setup on our system within 3 to 4 business days and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
If you are not eligible to enroll, we will notify you via email. At the completion of your account setup, you will receive an email with a one-time, temporary password to use in conjunction with your Primary Account Number as your Login ID, to access the Online Banker System.
The first time you log in, you will be asked to change your password. If you have any questions or experience issues, please contact us at 800.NBT.BANK and an associate will be happy to help you through this process.
Forgot your password?
If you are already enrolled for NBT Online Banker and need your password reset, go to the Online Banker login
page, enter your login ID, click Sign In, and use the Forgot Your Password link.
Please enter the Account Number and Account Type for any additional accounts you would like to have access to through Online Banker.
